SHIPPING POLICY

THREAD & TONE PRODUCTS ARE FULFILLED AND SHIPPED BY PRINTFUL, A PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT PARTNER.

ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER. FULFILLMENT TYPICALLY TAKES 2–5 BUSINESS DAYS, WHICH INCLUDES PRINTING, QUALITY CHECKS, AND PACKAGING. ONCE FULFILLMENT IS COMPLETE, ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USING THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AT CHECKOUT.

SHIPPING TIMES VARY BASED ON DESTINATION AND CARRIER AND ARE CALCULATED IN ADDITION TO FULFILLMENT TIME. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND MAY BE AFFECTED BY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING CARRIER DELAYS, CUSTOMS PROCESSING, OR PEAK SEASONS.

THREAD & TONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE CARRIER ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT. ORDERS SHIPPED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BECAUSE ALL THREAD & TONE PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

THIS POLICY FOLLOWS PRINTFUL’S FULFILLMENT STANDARDS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR INCORRECT SIZING, BUYER’S REMORSE, OR PREFERENCE CHANGES. PLEASE REVIEW PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND SIZING CHARTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT, PLEASE CONTACT US AT JULIAN@QUILT-STUDIO.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND INCLUDE CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE. IF APPROVED, A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
